Services & Rates
We realize each B&B is different so we would be glad to negotiate a price based on your particular needs.
- Handling of phone inquiries and reservations
- Online reservations will handled promptly & Online availability will be kept up-to-date
- Email inquiries will be answered
- Confirmation letters will be sent in a timely manner
- Processing of credit card payments and batching out
- B&B tours to prospective guests
- Supervision of housekeeping staff
- Laundry from guest rooms will be laundered and folded
- Care of your small pet and plants
- Grocery shopping and banking as needed
- Housekeeping of all common areas
- Detailed daily report on your return
- One day minimum needed for training & to familiarize us with your Inn, procedures & area, at no charge to you
- Additional services will be provided as agreed upon.
- Greeting guests, checking them in and out of your Inn
- Acquaint ourselves with the area so that we can guide them to restaurants, attractions etc.
- Collecting payment from guests.
- Arranging any extras that the guest may have requested like flowers in the room, birthday cake
- Afternoon snacks will be prepared and served
- Turn down service if required
- Being available to your guests with consistent care & attention that will reflect positively on your Inn.
- Tidying the room for stay-over guests (any cleaning required is at $15 per hour)
- Breakfast preparation using my “tried and true” scratch recipes, dining room and kitchen cleanup.
- Breakfast served in the style of the Inn
Housekeeping Options:
For small inns with no cleaning staff, I can offer cleaning at an hourly rate. Any cleaning required on a stay-over is also at an hourly rate. Tidying rooms for stay-overs includes making the bed, emptying wastebaskets, straightening the room etc. and is included in our price.
